How it works:
- Once a trimester, in week 13, we accept applications for our artist roster. Applications are open to all students and alumni across all courses.
- To be eligible applicants must have successfully completed trimester 2. Applicants must either currently sustain, or have graduated with, a GPA representing a distinction or higher.
- Applicants are first required to complete the Artist Roster submission form.
- After the form is successfully completed, applicants are reviewed via an impartial selection process. A committee identifies artists based on artistic merit, academic rigour, commitment and passion, personal and professional character.
- We then notify applicants of an outcome.
- Successful applicants are interviewed to better understand the artists' vision, goals, and compatibility with Yellow Bus Records.

Read our checklist:
- Complete trimester two.
- Make sure your GPA is of a distinction or higher. Scores can be found on Paradigm. Please seek assistance from student services if unsure how to access.
- Seek an academic staff who can vouch for your personal and professional character. They will be contacted for reference during the selection process, please ensure you have their permission.
- Read through the Artist Roster Submission form (this will be a link to a document), and prepare your affairs accordingly.
